A unified, multi-tenant practice management platform covering the entire patient journey: visual calendar scheduling; direct API integrations with VSP, EyeMed, and Availity for instant benefits verification; a built-in optical quote calculator with insurance adjustments; integrated payments (CardPointe + Stripe); an AI-powered RAG knowledge base for staff to query clinic documentation instantly; role-based access; automated SMS/email reminders — delivered as both a web app and an Electron desktop app.
